1.Why MBA, why Yale, Education and Work-experience.

2.How did you choose your undergrad school and area of specialization?

3.How did you choose your first job?

4.How will you uniquely contribute to Yale?

5.Explain in non-technical terms, what is that you do?

6.Any questions you have?

7.Describe a time you lead something, describe a time you are a group player, describe the definition of leadership, and what the global leadership means is. What did you do to solve a complex problems etc.

8.Where do you work?

9.Why did you choose to work for companies in the military-high-tech industry? What is interesting about it? 

10.Why do you want to change your career from engineering to management? Why do you want to do it abroad and not in Israel?

11.How do you stand out among your peers?

12.Do you have someone working under you? 

13.Can you describe the business structure of Elbit, your current employer?

14.What do you want to do after the MBA? ("short-term goals" question)

15.What are your expectations from Yale?
